Description

Jasminum officinale 'Aureovariegatum' is a very attractive semi-evergreen climbing Jasmine, admired for its variegated foliage which takes on shades of green and cream. Towards the end of summer and through autumn, pure white, sweetly-scented flowers complement the foliage for a captivating display. Black berries follow the flowers for further interest.

This variegated Jasmine is a real stand-out choice, having received both the Award of Garden Merit and Plants for Pollinators status from the RHS. Plant in a moist, well-draining soil, ideally in a full sun position, against a climbing support for the biggest impact.

AKA Variegated Jasmine, Jasminum officinale 'Variegatum' , Jasminum officinale 'Aureovariegatum' , Jasminum affine argenteovariegatum

Aftercare Advice

Trees and shrubs require a good watering regime for a couple of years whilst they establish. Water well and regularly through spring and summer, increasing in hot or dry weather. If planting in autumn, you may only need to water a little. It is advisable to keep the area free of competing weeds and grass during this period.
