Description

Wisteria floribunda 'Lipstick', also known as Wisteria Peaches and Cream and Wisteria Kuchi-beni, is an extremely pretty climbing plant that grows long, drooping flowers in shades of white and pale pink. An ideal choice for those after something a bit different from the purple colour typically associated with wisteria.

This twining Wisteria will reach an approximate height and spread of 8 x 4 metres in 20 years. Like all wisteria, this variety prefers a position in full sun or dappled shade as well as a moist but well-drained soil.

Enjoy the wonderful pink flowers earlier, as all our Wisteria are grafted and tend to flower younger than those grown from cuttings.

AKA Wisteria 'Lipstick', Wisteria Peaches and Cream, Wisteria Kuchi-beni, Pink Wisteria tree

Aftercare Advice

Trees and shrubs require a good watering regime for a couple of years whilst they establish. Water well and regularly through spring and summer, increasing in hot or dry weather. If planting in autumn, you may only need to water a little. It is advisable to keep the area free of competing weeds and grass during this period.
